The Kings Ferry is one of the leading coach hire companies in the UK, offering a commuter service to people commuting to and from London. Operating a service with over 188 pick-up points and 40 services across the South East, the Kings Ferry provides an award-winning service for workers travelling to and from the capital.
Adams was tasked with increasing commuter passenger numbers from regions The Kings Ferry currently operate, as well as raising awareness within new regions which they are now launching services from.
We wanted to communicate the key benefits of commuting by coach to an audience of commuters currently using the train. To get in front of this customer profile, we identified key touchpoints including street talkers, bus stops and billboards around and on route to busy train stations. For reinforced messaging, Adams also commissioned advertisement in key publications and executed a door drop leafleting campaign around key neighbourhoods.
To track the performance of the campaign (in addition to on-going marcomms) we created a designated landing page for the campaign. This is a six-month campaign which launched in July and we are happy to report our client has already seen a
1,173.63% return on investment.
