Overview

UK Body Talk is an advanced communications training company, providing group and individual presentation skills courses for large corporations including KPMG, Virgin, EE and IBM. In April 2014, CEO of UK Body Talk Richard Newman was awarded the most coveted international prize at the Cicero Speechwriting Awards.

Aims

Following the success at the Cicero Awards, we aimed to increase the company’s brand visibility (both on and offline) and position Richard as a thought leader and expert in successful presentation skills. The one-month programme of PR needed to be well planned and executed. Through successful PR placement on this project, UK Body Talk wanted to see an increase in enquiries from relevant companies.

What we did

Following extensive research into the UK Body Talk proposition, its competitors, current visibility in the market and other marketing currently in place, the agency constructed a robust distribution list of target publications (both on and offline).  The agency then undertook a programme or targeted relationship building, face-to-face networking, leveraging the award win as a topical news angle.
