VIP Coach Hire is one of a range of services provided by The Kings Ferry Ltd, one of the country’s most respected coach hire operators. With its bespoke offering, they have built a well-deserved reputation for quality of service, attention to detail and high vehicle standards.

Aims

The Kings Ferry wanted to position its VIP Coach Hire service as a market leader in the premium coach hire industry. The previous website was dated, lacked personality and failed to communicate the client’s luxury service offering. In addition, the overall look and feel was disjointed from the parent Kings Ferry website.

What we did

Adams suggested the build, redesign and optimisation of the new website, to increase rankings over the major search engines in the UK (Google, Bing and Yahoo!). The re-build was also responsive, allowing easier and quicker conversions for customers via tablet and mobile devices.

The website’s design and functionality was determined greatly by the client’s desire to position the VIP service as a market leader in the premium coach hire industry. Bespoke photography, messaging and a focus on the end user’s experience were all vital components to enhance the user experience and increase sales conversions via the website.
