Chalk Street disrupts the estate agent industry with a unique approach. They combine the outstanding, attentive customer service of a high-street estate agent with the lower costs associated with online estate agents.
With a unique proposition, adams were briefed by Chalk Street to help communicate their approach to their target audience.
What we did
First and foremost, it was important to understand the brand and objectives of Chalk Street and it soon became clear that the brand required some developing. We consulted the client and agreed to roll-out the identity seen on their website today. This was reflected across the client’s collateral including business cards to ensure consistency which is key to launching a new brand identity.
The website was also mapped out and re-designed to improve the customer journey whilst making it easy for the customer to understand the slightly unique selling process.
